Don’t miss the chance to visit the archaeological site near Emporios on the slope of Prophet Ilias hill. A magnificent journey which leads through the ruins of this archaic settlement, to the ancient Temple of Athena.

The route is uphill but the view to the top is fascinating. If weather conditions allow it, you can see from this point even the islands of Samos and Ikaria. Along with the refreshing breeze and the possitive energy of the area around it, it will certainly amaze you.

You can access the Temple of Athena, using your car. But it’s really better to visit the place via hiking in less than 30 min.
